In the past I've been both a traditional Business owner and at times worked as an employee. This meant we were pretty stuck and could not be flexible due to commitments of running a business and or only having 4 weeks annual leave in a JOB. Asking for time off from my boss was also often a hassle and was not always approved!
Approaching my mid 40's I decided that NEITHER appealed to me anymore and I decided to go looking for something I felt passionate about, could work on my terms (when I chose) and offered me an uncapped income!
This was 2019. I went in search of an opportunity that would give me time freedom with my family AND I needed a substantial income to replace my full time job at the time.
